All over gloss print logo on City Walker Umbrella

We had fun creating this one! A vibrant red ‘V is for Victory’ logo for New York advertising agency Viant. This customer wanted to make an impact so we used a gloss print finish over all the panels and matched in the seams. This ensure no breaks in the logo and had the desired effect.

We were very happy with the gloss print logo on the umbrella, it just adds that little extra zing!

An all over print on an umbrella means each of the 8 panels of the umbrella are printed. They can be printed to the edge of the panel with an artwork that makes the top view of the umbrella appear to be one continuous piece of print, when actually each panel is printed individually prior to construction and then carefully sewn up by hand to ensure the print on each panel is aligned. The all over print on an umbrella ensures maximum impact for a stunning design, photo or logo.

Metallic logos are becoming more and more popular and often used to promote a high end brand. You can choose to have the logo printed in gold, or it may be you’d like to have gold perimeter tape or even underside panels as shown below.

We use a variety of inks and print effects for the reproduction of metallic logos and detailed metallic print on our umbrellas. We don’t use gold coloured ink we use real gold! Our gold and silver inks contain tiny quantities of the base material, giving the print an irredescence.

A great example of a stylish, sophisticated branded umbrella. When Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant Maze asked us to create a branded umbrella, we jumped at the chance to work with this inspiring business. Its French and Asian influenced menu and fresh, exciting dishes have helped create a chic, modern restaurant.

We wanted to create an umbrella which fitted Maze’s stylish image. Our finished product was a lightweight, windproof sports umbrella with a black and grey canopy and matching grey frame and handle.
